Bio: I am a respiratory therapist by night, but go to CrossFit 580 for the WOD as many days during the week as I can. Prior to starting CrossFit in May 2012, I didn't cook as much as I used to. My love for cooking wasn't something I enjoyed as much until I started cooking paleo. Now I love experimenting in the kitchen, learning new cooking techniques, and cooking food to fuel my workouts but also satisfy my belly!
